Best asparagus

Rooms are good, there is nothing to complain about. Service leaves a lot to be desired! Some guests had announced their arrival at around 9:00 p.m., when they arrived at 9:00 p.m. they rudely declared that the kitchen was now closing ...... apart from drinks, nothing was offered. The poor breakfast doesn't match the room price either! Friendly or courteous service ... ... Nothing!

The long journey was worth it, excellent food and perfect service. We always like to come here again

Incredibly tasty food from our own kitchen. Not fried. Out of the pan! Fried potatoes from the art! Schnitzel delicious. Deliciously prepared salad. Interior as before. Just a really good old-fashioned German restaurant. We enjoyed!

Very cozy hotel. Super tasty dishes. The geese breast and mace are a poem! Hand The handmade potato croquettes are just mega delicious. Here is really cooked with love. The kitchen and service staff is always super friendly. Here you can only give five stars unfortunately. Otherwise I would have given twice as many.

The hotel did not meet our expectations. You could check in very late (17: 30h) and then the room was still not ready. It was cold in the room but very clean. The whole process seemed a bit confused. The concept of the "hotel" (rather pension) does not open to me. The reception is never occupied and you have to be lucky that someone will come by. The breakfast is very sparse. Conclusion: not justified for the offered price but for one night just o.k

Already several years we go with friends from the area traditionally there asparagus menu. This year we felt lacked the quality of earlier years

Lovely hotel in the small village Walbeck. Old, cozy and comfortable rooms; a very deep relaxed hotelier. Everything is great!

Class asparagus buffet. Very courteous staff and the asparagus stands for itself. Who wants to eat in a group or two really asparagus, then here. The wine list is good too

Delicious asparagus, cozy ambience, excellent service, delicious wine. Overall top quality in all points! A traditional house through and through! A visit is worthwhile! The prices are a bit upscale but the value for money is definitely correct! If you really want to eat delicious asparagus in the asparagus season, this is the place for you!

Restaurant old but comfortable, very friendly staff, food plentiful and good. What does not work in a restaurant were the tablecloths. With stains that were older and napkins and cutlery on it does not really feel like eating. We would have liked to ask for a fresh blanket, but wanted to avoid a complaint in a well-attended operation.

Rooms are not clean as it should be in normal hotel, internet is almost every day has some issues, and most of time nobody is on reception. Worst hotel in my life. Strictly dont recommend it.

For asparagus time only to be recommended. Staff very friendly and helpful. Parking is free nearby, as is the hotel's own car park. The decor is very old and partly a bit dusty. Toilet facilities are very clean. Asparagus is delicious and in all the usual variations to have from 20 €. Outside the asparagus time I was not eating there yet. The sideboard is a bit old fashioned.
